I have a question OBVIOUSLY regarding avatars. (OMG didn't see that coming. xD) So, if you've uploaded an avatar from your machine, and then everything is deleted off it once I give it back to to the school, would my avatar go away? Or would it just stay?

It would stay until you uploaded another avatar or linked to an offsite one. It's essentially been uploaded to the web host, so the data is stored in there Wink
