I'm going to go to my local Movie Gallery and rent:

Peter Pan

Anastasia

The Little Mermaid

Cinderella

Bambi

Aladin

Snow White

Sleeping Beauty

AND I shall sink into my vast memories of the magical faries and the dwarves and that monkey called abu and the deer and the prince charming and evil stepmother and stepsisters and the world of the sea and the long lost princess of russia and most of all...the second star to the right and straight on till morning.

If you know about any of the things I just spoke about (typed about) then you were a kid once.

If you also want to go and watch Disney movies for one whole day, then I love you.

Seeing as my family is weird including me, we will watch The Little Mermaid, Aladin and The Lion King to see the little spoofs that are in them. Those of you out there who know what I'm talking about then you've also watched these three movies to see them! lol

And what is up with all the sequels their making for these? Quit runining masterpieces by taking away their magic with sequels!

I now want to watch these movies all day long as well way to go Walt Disney you rule!

I must admit, that of the sequels they have been bringing out... i liked The Little Mermaid 2, and Return to Neverland... i also liked The Lion King 2... i love Kovu! If he was a guy, and real... i would so want to be with him!

I loved the song by... Johnatha Brooke... or something like that, called "I'll Try" in Return to Neverland!

Its such a beautiful and emotive song...

I have all the songs from the Disney movies running through my head now... Very Happy I want to watch them all now!!!

I don't like must of the sequels but i must agree that I loved the Lion King 2, and thought the same about Kovu Razz hehe

I love the Lion King films so much and I know all of the songs. So when my little brothers and sisters watch the films I pretend that I'm only watching it because I have to but I secretly love Disney Films.

After reading these posts and refreshing my memory I have decided to download loads of disney songs onto my ipod. Very Happy woohoo

Hakuna Matata y'all.

The Little Mermaid was my favorite when I was little. When I got older my dad said that made perfect sense, considering how you could never find me without my hair wet or in water, because I loved to swim, slip 'n' slide, dive, you name it. Still do.

Second favorite was Pocahontas. Dad said that made sense, too. I have a thing for animals and nature and blah blah blah.

Third favorite, Peter Pan. Dad said this made sense because I had a huge imagination. He said I was the worst lie-teller in the world because I'd be like "Well, mom. I couldn't get the mail because when I was laying in your bed a bat flew in through the window and I had to catch it, but I couldn't, so I had to call the exterminators and they came, but I wouldn't let them kill the bat so now it's living in our garage." Sound like the truth? Nah. I didn't think so either.

LOL, yeah, i can imagine myself doing things like that...

My mum's favourite Disney movies is Beauty and the Beast.

I loved the Lion King, and used to pretend that i was Nala and that Simba had to save me from falling down to where there was a stampede (trying to stop myself from sliding down the slipery dip, while still making it feel like i was going to fall) And Simba would save me, just when i thought i would surely die, and he would hug me, and lick my fur with his lion's tongue...
( i remember this vividly!)

I also loved The Little Mermaid, and whenever i went swimming, would stay underwater as much as i could, and then i would flop up on the side of the pool and pretend i was watching Eric on the beach...

What else??? i shall have to think and get back to you...

Hehe I love remembering all these awesome childhood memories.

I remember watching sleeping beauty, the scene where the three fairies are making a cake for Princess Arora using their magic even though they're not supposed to.
My mum was upstairs hoovering so i decided it would be absolutely great to make a cake using my magical fairy powers (the non-existing ones of course). And the cake didn't include flour, sugar, eggs like all normal cakes, oh no, mine included magical fairy things like Mayonaise, pepper and rice. My mum rudely interupted my baking and put a stop to my cake of dreams. I bet it would have tasted great though Very Happy

And there was another time I recall, pretending to be Mulan and dressing up as one of those Geisha. But instead of the white face make-up i used shaving foam and instead of those posh kimono's i used my sisters red silk dressing gown. It looked really cool but my sister didn't see the funny side. Shocked Boy was she mad . . .

Yes well, what can I say? I was an unbelievable looking Geisha.

Actually my mum's out at the moment.

I might just try another cake. . . .

All I need is to find my magical fairy wand (a stick I found which i wrapped tinsel around Smile )
And I've got all the ingredients - Rice, pepper, Mayonaise . . . I think I had some oatmeal and beans in there too. Maybe I could add some gravy granuels and honey. And when it's cooked I'll make icing out of yogurt, coffee and eggs.

Sooo, who wants a piece when it's done? Very Happy
