Gathering of the Figments

Hi all!

I wanted to post a little something to let everyone know I am alive and well. Not that anyone really remembers I exist, but in my personal world, I am VERY popular.

Things have been insano around here. School, work, and hubby have been keeping me busy. I have been doing some writing too but not as much as I would like. I have had a couple of new story ideas, one of which Figgy describes as creepy yet she thinks I can pull it off. Maybe one day I will release myself to the hounds and let you read some. Right now Figgy does a great job for me.

I am happy to announce, that I finally decided to stop listening to everyone else about what I should do with my life. I have changed it umpteen times and have been unhappy with each choice. Hubby wanted me to be a Business major and then someone else in the family said no you should be a Speech major, and well you get the idea. I finally told everyone the other day that I would be following my heart and I am very proud to say I am now an English Lit major with a minor in business. Once I graduate, I will be going back for my Masters in Creative Writing. Since The day I walked out of my advisors office this past week, I have been walking on cloud 9. I am so happy to be pursuing what I love more than anything in the world. Of course God being first, Hubby second, mom third, and then English lol. Well, it's in the top ten.

I will try to post more often from now on. But, don't forget me if you don't hear from me for a bit. In this household, there is no such thing as "ME time" and I barely manage to scrape up enough time to just read a non-school book. Grey Dawn, our competition has not yet come to an end, so don't go getting a big head thinking you have won. I will always be there to one up ya Laughing

YAY! I was missing you for awhile, then I got sleep deprived and too busy to start remembering people. But now that that period is over, YOU'VE RETURNED!
The only problem with this, is now I have to go back and see which songs have been said so I don't repeat myself...

I'm so touched (in the head) that you remembered me. "Sniffles" I found myself with a little bit of time tonight, well, I didn't want to study. So here I am again. I think I will check the boards out and see what trouble I can start with GD. wahahahahaha
