Anyone watch the new series?

David Tennant v Christopher Eccleston?

Is anyone here in the UK? I need someone to discuss season 3 with and I don't think it's showing in the US or Australia yet.

And has anyone seen Torchwood?

Basically, it's my current obsession. I think I like David Tennant better actually, though it's a tough call. I love Rose. But I like Martha too. The TARDIS rocks! It's my current desktop background. And I think I ship Doctor/Captain Jack.

I LOVE Doctor Who! Especially the two new seasons...

Whenever i see a show that has Eccleston or Tennant in it... I'm like "Oh, its the Doctor!"

See i was disappointed when i heard the Doctor(Christopher) was leaving and being replaced... I was even more disappointed when i found myself liking the new one (David)...

I guess what i mean is that i love the Eccleston version of the Doctor... and its like a first love really... You will always have a soft spot for them, and you don't want to love anyone else... But then someone comes along who makes you start to feel that way again...

So i guess what i am saying is that i like both... but in different ways...

And i love Rose too! I used to be a fan of Billie Piper's... when i was like 10... and when she came back into my life on this tv show... i went on the hunt for "Honey to the Bee!"

I just think she is awesome, and i wish that her adventures with the doctor could go on forever...

I think we are at the end of season 2... the end of Tennant's first season... Where he goes to the Tardis and there is the woman in the wedding dress...

Thinking about it now, it has been ages since it was on here, i really want to watch more!

Hurry up ABC and get season 3! (well... its actually 11 or something isn't it?)

I think season 3 will start in July for y'all, but I'm not sure if it will start with the christmas special (the bride on the tardis ep) or the offical beginning of season 3.

Christopher Eccleston was the first Doctor I ever saw, so I will always love him for that. And he is adorable when he grins. But David Tennant makes a very sexy geek, has a Scottish accent in real life, and can get away with saying things like 'with this ring, I thee biodamp.' So I honestly can't decide who I like better.

I had never heard of Billie Piper before Doctor Who.

And technically we're on season 29 now. And there have been more episodes than in all of Star Trek.

EDIT: Ok, now I've seen the whole first season. I love it so much! Billie Piper and Christopher Eccleston are both really good actors!! Does anyone know why he left after only one season? He was fantastic! Such amazing lines for all of them too... Very Happy
