This is a really fun, creative craft to do. All you really need is a roll of duct tape if you can tear it with your hands. If not, you'll need scissors, but where's the fun in that?

So, first you tear a strip about as long as you want your dragon to be. It will probably end up a bit longer than that. Roll it up the long way, but make sure it isn't a straight tube. You want it to have the basic curves of the body, so make a bend not too far from one end. Crinkle some smallish pieces and add them to the general stomach area and wrap some pieces around it to hold them in place. Wrap tape in strips around the whole thing to build it up. Before it gets too big, make four rolls with bends in them for legs and tape them in place. Now it's time for the wings!!! This can be kinda tricky, but I think the easiest way to do it is to make a couple of sheets attached to a "stick" of tape (a longish strip rolled tightly into a slight curve) and cut them (okay, so you do need scissors) to the shape you want. It can be pretty difficult to get them taped on the way you want and this step might give your dragon fat shoulders. Then you'll want to even the body out, and after that it's up to you what features to give it. I have successfully done ears, horns, and claws, which are really annoying to do.

I just made this up one day when I was bored, so it's pretty flexible. I'll try to get some pictures on here if somebody tells me how.

Have fun!!! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

So that's how you did that! I can't tell you how much in love I was with that dragon, and I was so curious how to make one. NOW I CAN!!!!
If you can email the pictures to me, I can host them on my website (the one I don't use) and you can post them here.
*vows to go buy duck tape tomorrow*

Yea, I agree with both answers. The question is distinctly:
Who loves duct tape?
One answer is:
Doesn't everybody???
And the other is:
What's duck tape?

And while I am curious what this... duck tape is, my love for duct tape far surpasses that. So I chose "Doesn't everybody???".

Okay, maybe not, it looks more like a duct tape... mutated dog... or mouse... of maybe a mutant blob.
*cries* Crying or Very sad
I failed. I can't make duct tape dragons!
*crying stop and a determined look comes onto his face*
Well you know what they say. Confused If you can't do something, ASK THE CREATOR TO TEACH YOU!
*kneels in front of Nakara*
O please Lady Nakara, teach me the ways of duct tape dragonery! I'll do anything, anything... okay not anything, even I do have some dignity... But I'll do most things.
