Gathering of the Figments

OK, so some of you may remember the last time that Dragon was sick... I sat up all night with her, trying to keep her alive... And then she got better... It was back in March i think...

But she is sick again now... She has gotten so skinny and is having breathing problems... She is only one year and one month old... Out first anniversary of her coming home is on the 28th of this month... She is so sweet and precious... She is my baby girl, my little princess... I want her to live forever... But if not forever, she can't go yet... She isn't old enough! She has so much more living to do!

I have tried the medicines that i have, but they don't seem to be doing anything for her...

I just ask that you guys keep her in your thoughts and prayers and whatever... I need her to get better, and i at least need her to be ok until i can get her to the vet, who can help her properly!

As far as i know, she is on the mend... I am just waiting to see how she goes... She is on medicine... Different medicine... and she seems a little more alert...

Oh, and she has put a little bit of weight back on... Smile

Just letting you guys know that Dragon has passed away. She went at about 8:55pm tonight. I think she had a heart attack, she stopped breathing...

I miss her so much already, she was the best rat that i could have hoped for as a first rat, and i will love her always.

She was 1 year, 2 months, and 11 days old.

Goodbye Dragon, I love you!

I'm so sorry!!

You tried your best, and really cared about her. Which of course, a lot of people wouldn't have. At least you can rest assured that you were with her when she needed you and did everything possible to make sure she was okay.

I feel as though it's my fault...I've been feeling guilty about everything lately. I mean; I disappear and then Dragon dies...*headdesk* Life's not working out for me right now.
