This is mainly for the aussies, but everyone else should sign it too!

Basically, there are so many people who harm animals, and animals get taken away, the person gets fined, and nothing else happens to them...

I think that these people who starve, kick, cut, choke, run over, poison, or flay animals should be locked up, never allowed near animals... If they move into a neighbourhood, people should be notified... Or put to death... Espescially is they flay the animal, but for the other things too!
No... Death is too nice... The should have their skin stripped from their bodies, while they lay there screaming...

Sign it guys... We need to be the voice for the animals as they cannot speak for themselves... People who do things like that to animals need to learn that they can't, they need to have something that they seriously fear...

I think, personally, that if we introduced flaying as a punishment, the animal cruelty would stop!

Ouch. But you're right, the Christian Bible says an eye for an eye. Meaning, obviously, if you skin someone alive, you get skinned alive. You cut someones tail off...then...uh...you lose a leg. Either that or they just drive a knife in your tailbone. Ew...you'd walk funny for weeks.

Yeah, so would the animal that had it's tail cut off... And it would be fearful of people for life...

I completely disagree with animal violence. It is cruel and senseless. I don't see why people would even do such a thing. Yes, killing animals for food is alright, we use the animal after it is killed so its death is not wasted, and we limit pain as much as possible.
But cruelty to animals is just pointless and serves no purpose but to cause needless pain, suffering and fear.

That's why we need tougher punishments... They would be punished a whole hell of a lot more if they did the same things to humans... And humans are more likely to be able to stop them...
