I can't believe I haven't posted this earlier. Escape Pod is the best magazine ever.
Every week they publish a new sci-fi story
Pseudopod does the same thing, but with Horror
And theoretically sometime maybe Pod Castle will be coming out and do the same with fantasy.
It's an audio magazine, known to some crowds as a "podcast".
