There's a girl.

She's very - for lack of a better word - latchy.

I hung out with her once after homecoming.

She now believes I'm her best friend.

Now, I can't be mean about it and just blow her off all the time or just say that she's not my best friend, but I can't pretend that she is.

That's not right either.

This is TEARING me apart. I do not like hurting people.

I avoid it as much as I can.

But I can't just sit here and do nothing while she drops her life and chases after me.

What do I DO?

Before she gets /too/ too attached to you, tell her...God, what do you do? Hm...if it were me, I'd say something along the lines of "LEAVE ME ALONE WOMAN, I HAVE A SOCIAL DISORDER AND IT'S CONTAGIOUS! BEGONE!"

That alone would have scared the living crap out of her and any other potential friends. Which is /exactly/ what I tried for. ^^

Tell her that you want to hang out with your other friends, or that you want sometime alone. But whatever you do, DON'T LIE! Not that I oppose a white lie here and there, but in this case that would just make things worse.

She's really /really/ latchy, though.

Every morning, I'll go to hang out with my other friends (Haylee, Levi, Brandon, Mary, Brett, Marina, Hailey and such) and she'll come over and /grab/ my arm and /pull/ as hard as she can.

I don't know, but she likes touching me. All the time, she touches me. She squeezes my waist, she grabs my arms, pets my head, etc. And I don't like being touched by certain people.

ERGH I don't know. I can't just blow her off forever or anything like that. I need to /end/ this.
