Gathering of the Figments

Hi all, the name’s Emerald (real name of Jeremy Green). Figment and Pommie both had the simultaneous pleasure of ‘recruiting’ me, with their tricksy, sneaky language and word-smithery... I am very much looking to participating in these wonderful forums, and will certainly be submitting my own work and critiquing yours on request, once I get my feet off the ground…

For those that are interested, I’m 17, live in Brisbane and will be commencing the same Creative Writing uni course that Pommie is about to start… I also have a fairly active dA account (www.deep-emerald.deviantart.com) that you are certainly welcome to check out if you’re interested in seeing a more extensive profile.

I plan on spending the next month writing my 50,000 words for the FigNoWriMo - an idea I’ve been brooding on over the last couple of weeks – and will be very pleased to show off the end result when (hopefully) completed.

I am quite happy to answer any bizarre (or mundane) questions regarding myself. Go nuts.
