You've seen it?
How have you seen it?
Curse you, you were at the premiere weren't you?

And I have to wait until the 26th!
*is feeling seriously jibbed*

Jibbed; is that your new word? Here we say 'jipped', or 'ripped off'. xD

I probably ought to read the book before I see the movie; you know? You think that's bad...I haven't read LOTR, either. xP

Jibbed.

I'm bringing that to America.

And I'm going to see this with my friend Michelle who should join this forum.

But I don't know if she writes.

But she reads like a [something that reads a lot here].

Hm...food critic. He's got to read the menu. And then read what he wrote down about the food. *nods knowingly*

There's something that you tell people..."She reads like a food critic. Yep yep; a food critic."

no, I wasn't lucky enough to go to the premiere, but I went to the sneak preview screening last night.

it showed at 800 theatres in the US and evidently some canadian ones as well since I didn't have to go across the border lol.

It's only just come out here. It took me months just to convince my brothers that it was based on Northern Lights. They thought it was the fourth (non-existant) book. Rolling Eyes

It looks really good though!!! I wanna see it.

Oh yes; you went to see the Golden Compass twice, that makes you a loser. IF ONLY you lived in poverty because you felt like it. THEN YOU'D BE AN UBER LOSER! BWAHAHAHA!

*runs off laughing*

Do you live in your truck? And did you see how poorly constructed our barn is? *pokes pictures thread* I THOUGHT NOT.

And I was pretty convinced that the first book was The Golden Compass. o_O Did you know that Christians are handing out "anti-compass" leaflets because the book is an "undisguised anti-religious book".

no, I haven't seen the pics yet. sorry, I didn't realize we were having a who's-life-is-worse fight. I didn't know why you were spazzing about it so I thought you were kidding. My best friend lives in a trailer with her mom, sister, grandma, and grandpa, so it's not like I don't appreciate what I have. I was just joking about how by opening night I'd seen the movie twice already. yeesh, sorry.

And I'm fully aware that they're doing it, but it's a load of hogwash and I hate organized religion, so I don't care.

No; I /was/ kidding. *rofl* Probably ought to have stuck a smiley in there or something...*awkward moment*

Organized religion kills the whole religion thing in the first place. :/
