Sometimes I have the nicest dreams and they're so fun or exciting I hate waking up! I have a great dream I'm with my best friends, doing my favourites things, with the boy I like, doing my hobbies and stuff then my phone rings or my alarm goes off and you'd give your soul just to lay in bed for 10 minutes and keep dreaming! Sometimes I want to stay asleep jsut because I'm so tired Smile lol but I just wish I could switch dreams on and off so that I never had to stop dreaming . . .

I had a dream that I was floating on an ice flow out in the bay...then into the ocean...then I saw tentacles, then a giant squid dragged me under and just before the water pressure killed me, I woke up.

*shudders*

This is about hating to wake up because your dream was so good . . . so I assume you enjoyed being dragged under water by huge tentacles?

I don't usually have good dreams, no...except one--oh wait. No. That one had Travis in it. Which instantly ruined it. *sigh*

I have dreams about giant squids all the time. Note I have an insane fear of giant squids. *pokes POTC2 thread* Like the other day, I was in a pool literally a mile long and really deep. I insisted there was squids in it, and my friend from high school (who looked the same as she did in high school) who happened to be a really good swimmer insisted there was not any squids, and forced me to swim across. I did not like it. But I woke up when I felt a slimy tentacle on my ankle.

The worst part of all my dreams is that they're really lifelike. I actually feel like I'm there, not that sort of dazed 3rd person feel, you know? And most of the time, I know it's a dream and I can wake up whenever I want. I just have to ask my fellow dream-mates to wake me up. But whenever there's squids involved, I don't realize it's a dream. But it still feels real.

squids . . oh that common phobia lol

I'm not scared of squids, though clowns freak me out.
I had this dream once that everywhere I looked was clowns.
I looked in the mirror - clowns
I looked at my mum - clowns
I looked out of my window - clowns
I looked at my dogs - clowns
I looked under my bed - clowns
I looked in my wardrobe - clowns
On the tv - clowns
In my books - clowns
On the computer - clowns

It was scary

Sounds like my life. I look at Travis--clown. I keep looking--clown. I try to stop looking but can't because he's so mind-numbingly evil--clown.

I'm not afraid of clowns. There's just nothing to be afraid of. Now squids...not tiny ones. Not 'real' giant squids, either. I'm talking about one that's so huge I could get lost in it's sucker. One that's so old it's legend. One that if I saw it I would pee myself even if I hadn't drank anything in four years. I'm talking about...THE KRACKEN!

You know, when I was little I went to this really big circus that cost like 400 dollars to get to and stuff, and I was sitting in a row next to my daddy picking out some cotton candy (I was a picky child) and then I saw the guy selling me the cotton candy (clown) and I SCREAMED and SCREAMED and my dad took me out of the circus stagey type place and bought me a fairy hat and told me what clowns were and stuff. I went back inside and rode an elephant.

...I sure do miss that crazy guy. *Sighs*

I like it when I have a good dream, wake up, fall back asleep and then resume my dream. Very nice when that happens.
One thing I do hate though is when I'm half awake: remember the dream perfectly but the instant I wake up completely the dream fades away as if it never existed...

Yeah, I know what you mean...I know I'm having a great time in the dream, but then when I wake up, the dream is gone. Drives me nuts.
