Name: Kitty
Species: Mouse
DOD: 2nd or 3rd of August(Not sure as to the exact hour... Early 3rd, or late 2nd)

She was a white mouse with black spots, absolutely adorable, and sweet, and her face made me think of a cat, with the markings... Hence her name...
About 4 months ago she had a respiratory infection, and i thought she was going to die... I stayed up all night with her, force feeding her coffee and medicine, and i didn't expect her to survive, but she did...

She just had this amazing air of sweetness about her...

Anyway, i am not sure as to the nature of her death... If it was natural or if something happened to her after her death that made her appear so... Stretched... But it appears that the other mice (Either pre of post mortem) were fighting over her, pulling at her, because she was all stretched out and... not natural looking...

Anyway, it was a shock... She was one of the mice that i had bonded with more...

I'm sure that Moo will miss her...

We just recently had to put our dog down. She was getting old, (she was 13) and I don't remember anything before we got her. Her name was Cinnamon. I came back from camp this summer and we had to put her down the next day because she was mutilating herself. The vet said that all her nerves were dying and she couldn't feel things anymore. It was really sad.

She was such a pretty dog. We never knew what she was though. She was a mutt and the people we got her from said she was part golden retreiver, but she was more brown than golden.

Well the last of my pets died about six months ago, and we still haven't bought any more.
And you're welcome Figgy.

Oh...

I came home from Maine yesterday and got all my animals situated again, put Mouse in his cage, Key in the lake, Duke and Simba outside...and I went to go see the snake, because even though he's taken over my home, I still appreciate him...he wouldn't come out of the sofa, so I wondered what happened to him.

I found him eventually, but he was all shrivelled and stiff, so I don't know when he died...but I buried him under the truck as best as I could, seeing as he always liked the sofa, so I buried him under it.

Awww, I'm so sorry Hawky! Sad

Name: Regulus, Moo, Pixie and Cocoa.
Species: Mouse
DOD: 24th(august), 4th(sept), 6th and 6th respectively.

Regulus: Was the oldest of my girls, she was the mummy of a lot of my babies(she had two litters) she was named Regulus because we thought she was a boy when we got her... Found out that she wasn't when she got pregnant... She liked to jump, and was quite good with people... She had a kink in her tail from when she had gotten it caught in the lid of the cage and it had broken, back when she had her first litter... She had beautiful big eyes.

Moo: Beloved sister and best friend of Kitty, i am sure that she missed kitty, but they are together again now... She was white with brown spots that rather resembled a cow's spots... She was one of the sweetest mice that i ever met...

Pixie: Was one of the babies in Regulus's first litter... She had an iridescent sort of light brown fur, and was one of my favourite out of the first litter... Sister and best friend to Sparrow, whom she leaves behind... Pixie had a much sweeter nature than her sisters, and was very inquisitive.

Cocoa: A lovely girl, one of Pixie's other sisters... Shy and reclusive, but very sweet. She died 17 minutes after Pixie, at 4:47am. She was a slightly darker brown and kinda fuzzy.

I am left now, with seven mice, from a population that was once at 26... Although, in all fairness, my 7 boys went to a new home...

Love you my girls, i will miss all four of you immensely.

I can't imagine what that's like, having three die at once...

I'm sorry, Figment. Were they sick, or was it just old age? And I remember you mentioning Moo, do you have any pictures of her?

*holds Mouse*

Well Regs was kinda old, but i am not sure if it was that or a respiratory infection... The other three had respiratory problems... I am currently trying to nurse Cookie better...

I probably do have photos, but i will have to check on my old disks... I know i have a video of them somewhere...
