Ok, so this is compiled of the normal questions one would find in a job questionnaire and a few specific questions, slightly modified for our benefits, from some specific questionnaires i have filled out...
Most of the questions are aimed at the genre that i love to write in, fantasy adventure, but they can be modified further to suit say a drama, comedy, action, sci-fi,anything that you wish...
