Yeah seriously. But my mom's a total health nut, and our kitchen is full of organic stuff. Not that that's bad, but I am a fan of junk food so it's kind of annoying.
YAY for randomness!!! _________________

I think the only person who should be allowed to tell you that you need to lose weight is your doctor. I mean, they're the ones who went to college for it, didn't they? _________________ ~Michelle The Bee

Yeah, but the fact is, my mom is a nurse. It totally sucks because when I'm really tired and don't want to go to school, I can't really use the sick excuse on her. *sigh* I want my mom to shut up already about my weight. _________________

So tell her that. My sister is a little pudgy (okay, a bit more than a little), and she know's that she has to loose weight, but when she got sick of my mom reminding her, she just freaked out at her that it doesn't help any. Cuz it doesn't. And now my mom doesn't comment. She just yells at my sister when she eats a whole box of macaroni and cheese by herself. But that's just disgusting. _________________ ~Michelle The Bee

I don't think that's gross, actually.
I'm going to get mad and say this right now: I'm so sick of people being obsessed with food. I DON'T CARE if something has more than 30% calories from fat. I don't care if I'm 'making an unhealthy choice' because I'm not going to sit around and peel off flakes of a chocolate bar in order to feel good about my body. You know - in Paganism - they worship women, and women with ACTUAL curves are admired. I'm so sick of living in a society that frowns upon all overweight people. I wish I could leave and go to a place that didn't care, but now everyone cares. Whether you're too skinny, too fat (that's the most popular, by the way), too short, too tall, too dark, too pale - WHATEVER! It doesn't MATTER! Seriously, why should we have to care? Why is it that women of all ages will have to look in the mirror - identify what's wrong with them and feel miserable about it for the rest of the day. I AM SO SICK of girls in ninth grade obsessing over fat content and calories and stupid things like that. One day, they're going to wake up and realize that during all the tine thy could have spent feeling young and good about themselves, they were counting calories and knocking out carbs. IF America wasn't puting out messages of 'If you're obese, you have no soul' then maybe there wouldn't be as many obese people. Have you ever thought that the reason why people are so overweight in this country is because they're pressured not to be? Women and men who are unhappy because they eat are eating because they're unhappy. And there's nothing we can do about it. SO cool. Be a health freak. Cool. Obsess over calories. But if you ever - ever - find yourself thinking you are closer to god or more important than other people for doing so - get off you effing high horse because you can't be more wrong. The superior people are the people who live to be happy, and if there are people squashing their happiness all the time with messages of "You're fat" and "That's a stupid thing to eat" they are never ever going to be able to live the life they want to live.
SO if your sister wants to eat a box of mac n cheese, let her. You are no influence to her. If she is happy with eating a box of mac and cheese, let her be happy. Because, god damn it, everyone is allowed to be happy at least for a little bit of their life - and you don't have to act like it's a deadly sin to eat a box of noodles.
Otherwise you'll find yourself in a life that is governed by food, and if a life is governed by something you should be able to control - you've done something wrong.
That goes for both ways. Health freaks, vegetarians, anorexics, bulemics, athleticas, any eating disorder - AND being obese or overweight - If you spend your life worrying about when you'll be able to eat, puke, or work out next - your life with crumble and fall to your feet and all you'll be able to think about will be food. Food. Food. Food.
Rant - is - over. _________________ ~Shaye

Yeah, but that's the thing. My sister isn't happy. 50% of the words coming out of her mouth are complaining about her weight. But she doesn't do anything about it.
But seriously. Have you ever tried to eat that much mac and cheese? There's enough for 7 or 8 people . . . TO HAVE SECONDS. It's just gross.
But I think we're getting off topic here... whether this /is/ in the rambling section or not, this isn't exactly about stupid ex-boyfriends. _________________ ~Michelle The Bee

And you're right. This is off topic.
