It was only a matter of time...
Yes, what can be said in brief about this trilogy?
It was bloody brilliant is just an understatement.
One if the greatest books of all time, if you haven't read it then you should do two things:
1)Be ashamed
2)Read it ASAP! _________________ It does not do to leave a live dragon out of your calculations, if you live near him.

To those of you who do not know:
His Dark Materials is a trilogy written by award winning author Philip Pullman. The first book is called The Golden Compass (US)/Northern Lights (UK).
Any questions? Feel encouraged to ask.
For those of us who are familiar with the series, let people know ahead of time if there are any spoilers in your post. Thank you.
Cheers. _________________ Walk

I love them Best trilogy ever! _________________ And you can't fight the tears that ain't coming
Or the moment of truth in your lies
When everything seems like the movies
Yeah you bleed just to know you're alive
And I don't want the world to see me
'Cause I don't think that they'd understand
When everything's made to be broken
I just want you to know who I am |

This trilogy of books is probably my favourite set of books. EVER!
I'm buying "Lyra's Oxford" soon, and I can't wait for "The Book of Dust".
Nor can I wait for the movie, named after the american title, "The Golden Compass".
I'm glad to see other people love it to. _________________ A new day is here, Why do I not see,

Sorry. I didn't think that we weren't talking about the books. Seeing as how that site is one of the top dogs for these books specifically. _________________ Walk
