I like cheddar.

Let's get Hawkins opinion on this, he's almighty in the cheese department.

Personally for plain cheese and Italian foods, I like mozzarella. In beans and other Mexican foods, Monterey Jack. The reigning champion in the sandwich department is cheddar.

In my drama studio we have condoms... They're great for water protection.

You guys creep me out.

AS FOR CHEESE...

Extra sharp white cheddar is the best. Vermont style, obviously. I'm missing Vermont right now...Sad Anything with mold in it is garbage. Parmesean tastes good only on pasta. Mozzeralla, well, I like to eat it by the cube, but I peel it off the pizza. American is too squishy, and if you leave it out too long it gets crusty. Nacho cheese tastes good on anything, especially chicken and DUH, nachos. All cheese and mustard go together. Yellow mustard. When eating cheesy chips (especially doritos) do NOT dip them in dip, dip them in mustard. It tastes good unless you choke, and then you will always remember what it tastes like when it's caught in your windpipe, not in your mouth. If you leave cheese on nachos too long, they'll get soggy. Always ask for the cheese in a puddle, never drizzled over the nachos. Never put cheese with something sweet, such as chocolate. Cheese is a SALTY food, people. This isn't saltwater taffy.

GOD, I've been wanting to say that for a while.

^ Our resident cheese expert speaks. However I stand by my, it depends on your personal preference. Personally I hate nacho cheese.

Cheese tastes good with apple.
Which is sweet.

I think Mozarella tastes YUCK on it's own, not cooked or anything. But when I peel it off pizza, that's pure bliss Smile

I eat 'naked' pizza. I.e., I peel the cheese off and feed it to whoever's closest to me.

Tyler would walk all the way from Montepelier to eat the cheese off my pizza. xD

Shocked I don't even KNOW you, Grey Dawn. I could just EAT nacho cheese by itself! It's delicious!
