Well, was it a simple one? I've seen some online that are REALLY complicated and ornate.

RABBIT EAR:

You'll need a triangular flap of paper for a basic rabbit ear. Fold so that the right side lines up with the bottom. Unfold. Fold so that the LEFT side lines up with the bottom. Unfold. Now, fold the right side again. Reverse fold with the creases you made from folding the left side. You should have a little flappy thing by now.

*sucks at origami*

I tried making the chair thing and it went wrong, so my mum made a full on ballerina and laughed at me.

You tried Ol' Zappy? Bit sadistic, don't you think?

You ought to try Jeremy Shafer's 'swiss army knife'. It's like Robert Lang's 'folding knife' only with a can opener, awl and screwdriver. It's guaranteed for the can opener to open any birthday card, the awl can pop soap bubbles, the screwdriver can drive screws deeply into sand and the knife can cut any spider web.

BUT what about those cards that are glued shut? (The 'only the best brother in the world can open this card!...oops, tough luck!' ones) and what about those bubbles that are thick enough to grab and hold and stuff? And what about the really dark sand you get to about 6 inches down at the beach? And what about the spider webs that are so thick, people use them for nets and nothing can break them?
